Signing Up On Nftreats: The Step-By-Step Guide For Artists — nftreats.art
This post is the nftreats overview and creators guide. One of the things that makes nftreats so special is that it’s an incredibly accessible marketplace for NFT artists. Not only are we a free-to-mint marketplace, we also offer a variety of educational resources as well as personalised help for artists new to the NFT space.
It’s very easy for anyone familiar with blockchain technologies and wallets to mint their art, but we know that these processes can be overwhelming for newbies. But don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.
Let’s do this together:
Step 1: Download MetaMask (if you don’t already have a MetaMask Wallet)
If you already have a MetaMask Wallet you can skip this step! If you don’t have a MetaMask wallet yet, head over to metamask.io and select from Android or iOS for mobile application and select Chrome for desktop. You can also go directly to the Chrome store, Google Play store, or Apple App Store.

Step 2: Add MetaMask extension to your browser
Click on the “Get Chrome Extension” to add Metamask. Click on the “Add to Chrome” in the upper right. Click on the “Add Extension” to complete the installation.Click the logo in the top right corner of the chrome browser.
Step 3: Create a new MetaMask wallet account:
Click on the icon (the little fox) in the upper right corner to open the MetaMask and accept the terms.
Create a strong password and click Create.
After receiving a 12 words seed phrase, save the seed words as a file or copy them to a safe place. Then click ‘I’ve copied it somewhere safe.’
Step 4: Connect to Metamask and sign in
Once you’ve successfully downloaded and created your MetaMask Wallet and added the extension to your browser, it’s time to connect and sign in. Head to market.nftreats.art and click ‘Sign In’ (top right) Nftreats is part of the polygon network (also called MATIC Network), which is a side chain of the Ethereum network. You’ll automatically get asked to connect your wallet to the MATIC network. All you need to do is approve.
Step 5: Click on the menu (top right) and edit your profile
Tell us about yourself and please make sure to edit your social media handles if you have any!
Step 6: Send us your wallet address via contact@nftreats.art
You can find your wallet address on your MetaMask. Tap on the shortened address below the account label; you may have to tap several times. This will copy the account’s address to the clipboard.
Step 7: Age Verification
Once we have given your account creator status, you will see the create button, press this to begin KYC (age verification). Since we are a porn inclusive and erotic art platform, we need to make sure that all creators on nftreats are 18 or older. This is the only reason for the verification. We do not collect your data to use for marketing or advertisement purposes. After that you can start minting!
Step 8: Create
You are ready to mint! Simply click on the create button in the top right corner next to your profile.
You can chose your medium. You can upload image files in .jpeg .png .gif or video OR video files in .mp4 or .mov

Please note that you can not mint art on nftreats that has already been minted on another platform.
